Yesterday we celebrated Carlitos' birthday here in Cph! It was quite calm celebrations since I was home sick and and no energy to go outside the door. Instead, Carlitos was spoiled with nice breakfast, dinner, home-made strawberry frozen cheesecake (the healthy kind) and Ben & Jerry's ice-cream! :) Neither of us complained over having a relaxing day after a busy week and Carlos got some good time to catch up with his family. We also celebrated the birthday by booking a trip this summer... it will be a very happy and exciting trip to look forward to!
