Just a quick update! Life is very busy right now, it's been all fall and is even more so now that christmas is approaching. I mostly work and write thesis but, some week ago I managed to find time to bake saffron buns! Yum! :) I was finally able to bake which makes it feels a bit more like a Swedish christmas. Unfortunately, the fake christmas trees were out of stock when we went to IKEA, otherwise we would actually have some christmas decorations apart from a star in the window. The winter weather has also made an entrance here in Copenhagen, we had the first snowstorm the past weekend. Unfortunately the snow didn't stay more than a day, but maybe we can get some more soon to cheer up in this grey, rainy weather.
I can't believe I'll go home for christmas in 1,5 week! Just need to pack and buy a couple of more christmas presents before then! :)
