Yesterday, Carlos and I tried to make home-made tortillas for the first time with the maseca and tortilla press. I think we passed! The tortillas and quesadillas turned out really well... next time we can go more advances and make some guacamole or salsa with it. Good think we can make tortillas, the real kind, and it was very easy... :) Yum!
