The weekend has been quite nice so far. As ususal it's always too short! The majority of the weekend has been dedicated to studies as my take-home exam is approaching. Carlos has pretty much been doing the same, working on his thesis. However, on Saturday morning i had a nice morning walk around the water and i also managed to make some healthy bread and made home-made granola! Yummy! Today we also had a mexican lunch with one of Carlos's friends, since i managed to buy some real corn tortilias from the taqueria when i was in Stockholm last weekend. We still have more than ½ kg of corn tortillias in the freezer, haha, we'll see what we can make out of those, enchiladas, more tacos or chilaquiles... :)
