It's thanksgiving today! Unfortunately it's not a holiday in Denmark, however many Americans at work has taken the day off or have gone back home for vacation. I'll celebrate thanskgiving tonight with some of my American classmates who have arrange a potluck dinner. I baked a chocolate cake yesterday to bring, easy and yummy! :)

I miss the good old times though when Emma, Carlos and I celebrated thanksgiving in NYC over thanksgiving break with friends and shopping on Black Fridays with the crazy deals... Great memories! :)
