The weekend has been flying by! It's always too short... On friday Emma came to stay over after visiting a classmate here in Cph. My friday was more filled with work, wanted to finish one of the task so that this week won't be too bad. This week is already filled with meetings. Saturday was mostly relaxing... Carlos had i had an epic fail though, we were planning on doing veggie burgers for dinner, well that was until we saw the cooking description on the package of the kidney beans, hahah! They had to be put in water for 10-12 h, plus boiled for 45 min... Oooops. So change of plans, and today turned into a cooking day making the veggie burgers and enchiladas but now we're all set for the week. Finally, today ended with a nice job in the sunset by Bryggen, supernice! Cannot complain about the area where we're living. :)
