UN

I'm officially an intern now at the UNFPA office here in copenhagen! Had my first day at the office yesterday to meet my fellow workers and get an introduktion to what i'm gonna do. It turned out that several UN departments had their offices in the building so soon after arriving i found myself walking around in the UNOPS and UNDP departments as well - which you have to cross to get to the UNFPA. Sweeeeet! :)

During my internship i'll work with UNFPA and assist the quality assurance team, finance and the IT section. So far, i know i'll be booking meeting (some with the New York HQ), group meetings, help assist in planning with regards to quality assusrance visits etc... I'm sure the list will be longer quite soon. The place seems to be great though with tons of international people! Love it! :) I'm quite sure it will be a great experience and it will certainly be an exciting fall and 6 months of internship! :)
