Right now, Carlos and I are in the small town of Guanajuato wich is loacted ca 4 hours north of Mexico City. It´s a beautiful place with colorful colonial houses and small street that´s located in a valley/hill side... Today we´ve been visiting the mummy museum (freaky!!), the museum of the inquisition, churches and the marketlace. There are many mexican tourists here and lots of Mariachis playing at the main plaza wich is just 100 m from the hotel... The enchiladas, fajitas and sopa azteca are awesome and cheap! :) hehe! This mini-vacation of 3 days is very relaxing, since the US trip has been quite hectic since the days were filled with activities and we left the appartment early in the mornings and came back late at night.That also explains why i could not updat the blog... I´m looking forwar to another relaxing day in the city, just walking around and visit some more museums and enjoying the 25 degree weather! :)
