Yup, it's been quite an internationoal food weekend. It started on Friday when Carlos and I went to Wokshop, a thai restaurant to celebrate Carlos' birthday... Thank you Ingrid and Sune! :) It was very good food and I would defenitely go there again... On Saturday my class had an intenational dinner where we all brought dishes from our home countries. It was a lot of danish, german, finnish, norwegian and mexican food. It was all very good! I brough some chocolate cake, don't know exactly how swedish it is but it's extremely yummy and the recipe is made by a swedish chef (not the muppets one, haha) so it works. A lot of people were asking for the recipe so i guess that means it was really good...
Today has been quite productive. I've studied for my exams in managing cultures as strategic resources, completed some internship applications and finished the danish homework for Thursday. Tomorrow more studies are wating but i hope the weather will be better and i can study outside on the balcony, that would be supernice! :)
