I went for a walk this morning at the beach at Amager strand. Pretty nice to get moving, but pretty grey and boring weather (as you can see). It was even so grey and foggy so i couldn't even see the bride or across the water to Sweden. I walked for 1 h though so it was good exercise for the knee, it got sore! :) Tomorrow morning the gym is waiting for me and Carlos and then i have study groups and a class for leadership development. :)
