It's a nice sunny sunday here in Sundsvall! :) It will be spent outside going through matrial from the Coaching Practitioner class and half dreaming of nice vacations abroad. Must be the sun screen cream that's triggering "the dreamy vacation state"! Just keep dreaming! To be more realistic, i will need to go to the gym as well today to do the rehab... but tomorrow is "THE DAY" for my knee. The doctor has the result of the MRI and we'll see how bad it is and what the treatment plan will be. Until then i'll just relax in the sun! Take care!
