Rehab has finally started for real. I saw the trainer on Wednesday so now i can a program to start rebuilding muscles in my bad leg. Hopefully i'll soon, by summer, have to even legs not one skinny and a fat one. Can't believe you loose so many muscles in one month! Feels good to start lifting again and doing weight training for the legs. Before i could just train the upper part of the body and now i have some more variations of excersises. :) Wee! Progress!
