Back on track! I feel like i just had one of my best running workout so far, perhaps it has to do with the distance that we "just" ran 200 m instead of 300 m with basically no rest. I just wish the asthma would be even better because then i would be even faster but things are what they are right now and i hope to figure out a way to get better soon so i can be ready to kick some ass on the court and out running sprints! I just love the speed and the power - running and b-ball are my religions! moahaha! ; )
