today right before lunch we got the info that we were supposed to take our first calls from costumers today. It seemed like some people almost freaked out when they heard that we would take the calls today haha. They the stories started going around of how people had said the wrong company name when presenting themselves like "welcome to..." hahaa. Another girl had some previous years locked herself in in the bathroom and another person had to tell a lawer who called all the small details about several insurances in a call that lasted 45 min! The calls were not at all difficult it's just A LOT to keep in mind and the data system are a bit complicated. I think no one did a big mistake but we'll see, i'm pretty sure there will be some funny stories by the end of the summer. Tomorrow is the last day before midsummer so then i'll have 3 days off! yey! Then it's 1 more week of intro and then the competition starts of selling insureances and i better kick some ass... hehe :P Take Care!
